This meticulous process occurs before your PCI (Practical Completion Inspection) and is carried out by one of our adept Quality Assurance Inspectors. Following this stage, our Director meticulously inspects and evaluates each item identified in our Quality Assurance Review.

Our primary objective is to deliver homes of exceptional quality. To achieve this standard of excellence, we ensure that the same team and trades responsible for building our display homes are also entrusted with constructing all of our homes. This ensures that the final product will be nothing short of everything you envisioned.

BUILD ON TIME

Building can be a daunting and stressful process, especially when combined with the pressures of expiring leases, home ownership responsibilities, and the challenges of moving homes.

At Mimosa Homes, we understand the urgency and don’t subject you to long waiting periods before commencing your build. Once we receive your land settlement, finance documentation, and developer/building approval, we commit to getting your dream home to the site within 3-4 weeks.

Furthermore, Mimosa Homes provides a guarantee for your build time, allowing you to plan your move into your new home with confidence, knowing that it will be completed on schedule. A 20-week build time is assured for standard Mimosa Homes Single Storey floor plans, and 30 weeks for standard Double Storey floor plans.*
