Mimosa Homes Home Advantage Promotion is valid until December 17th, 2023, or for the first 200 buyers. This promotion is exclusively available for new deposits taken starting from October 3rd, 2023. It is applicable only to new deposits on homes within the M Collection and cannot be combined with any other offers. To be eligible for this promotion, the customer must make an initial deposit of $2,000 and must have purchased or own a block of land within the Mimosa Homes build zones. The client must also accept the fixed site costs applicable to the relevant build area to qualify for the promotion. This offer is limited to one promotion per home within the M Collection. The offer is subject to all sales documentation being signed and received by the Head Office within 30 days of the initial deposit or as directed in the Authority to Proceed Document included in the Preliminary Agreement. 

All promotional items are based on standard floorplans only. Any modifications to floorplans may result in additional costs based on the selected items. Mimosa Homes reserves the right to substitute products within this promotion with a similar product if it is not available. Promotion packages cannot be altered or redeemed for credit or cash. 

SINGLE STOREY HOME ADVANTAGE PACK: savings of $16,835 are based on the Saba 331. Additional charges will apply if the home is modified. The evaporative cooling unit model and the number of points will vary and are design specific. No credits or rebates will apply if the package is not selected. The package cannot be altered. 

DOUBLE STOREY HOME ADVANTAGE PACK: savings of $39,139 are based on the Alexander 433. Braemar reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning unit is not applicable to the Langmore 274 and will be substituted with a low-profile evaporative cooling unit and a $5,000 credit. Values may vary depending on the house type chosen. Additional charges will apply if the home is modified. The evaporative cooling unit model and the number of points will vary and are design specific. The package can only be redeemed as a whole and cannot be altered.
