SLAB / FOUNDATIONS
– ‘H1’ Class Engineered designed waffle pod slab (excluding alfresco and porch) with pad footings for piers.
– Includes SL82 fabric mesh, N12 bars & 3-L12 trench mesh with 385mm overall slab height.
SITE EXCAVATION
– Excavation and soil removal with an allowance for 300mm fill, 300 mm fall on building perimeter with a balance cut and fill.
COUNCIL & OH&S REQUIREMENTS
– OH&S requirements and certifications
– Crossover Protection & Silt Sediment control where applicable
