Mimosa Homes A BETTER TOMORROW STARTS TODAY Promotion is valid until the 17th of May 2026. This promotion is only available to new deposits taken from 17th of January 2026 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. To be eligible for this promotion, the customer must deposit an initial $2,000 and have purchased or own a block of land within the Mimosa Homes build zones. The client must take the fixed site costs applicable to relevant build area to be eligible for the promotion. This offer is limited to 1 promotion per home applicable to the V Collection Range. Offer is subject to all sales documentation being signed off and received by Head office within 7 days of initial deposit or as directed in Authority to Proceed Document included in the Preliminary Agreement.
