Step 1:

Please first contact your Customer Service Officer with your concern. You can either contact your Customer Service Officer directly via email or their direct telephone line or call the Mimosa Homes Head Office on (03) 8361 1900.

Please note that your Customer Service Officer will contact you within 24 hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Step 2:

If you are unable to reach your Customer Service Officer, please fill out and submit the below form and it will be passed onto the relevant department manager.

In the rare event that we cannot resolve your issue via the above methods, you can then refer the issue to the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV)
