Beaconsfield 329 and Armadale 278 Win at the 2026 HIA Western Victoria Awards
We’re delighted to share that two of our display homes at Armstrong Estate in Mount Duneed have won at the 2026 HIA Western Victoria Regional Housing Awards. The Beaconsfield 329 and the Armadale 278 each took out their category, and it’s a result we’re very proud of.
A display home is the work of a lot of people. Our designers, construction team, trades and everyone at Mimosa Homes has put a great deal of care into these homes, and this recognition belongs to all of them.
Beaconsfield 329: Display Home $400,000 to $500,000
The Beaconsfield 329 is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with more than 240 square metres of living area, and the layout makes good use of all of it. The master suite sits at the rear, away from the busier parts of the house, with dual walk-in wardrobes and a double vanity ensuite. The kitchen and its large walk-in pantry look out over the open-plan meals and family area, which opens onto the alfresco.
What sets this plan apart is its flexible living spaces for the whole family. Beyond the main living area there’s a kids’ retreat, a separate rumpus and a private lounge at the front of the home, so everyone has room to spread out or find some quiet. This display even makes room for a home sauna, a lovely touch for anyone who wants to bring a little more wellness into everyday life. Armadale 278: Display Home Up to $400,000
The Armadale 278 shows that a 14-metre block can still deliver a home that feels generous. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its L-shaped kitchen with a large island bench sits at the centre of an open living and dining space that’s made for having people over. The alfresco carries the entertaining outdoors, which makes it easy to host a dinner or simply enjoy a quiet evening.
It’s a design the HIA has recognised before. The Armadale 278 was a finalist in both 2024 and 2025, before this year’s win at our Armstrong Estate Display.
