Upgrade to a roof made from COLORBOND® steel for $3,190!

  1. The promoter is Mimosa Homes Pty Ltd ABN 12 123 989 408, Address Unit 1/123 Elgar Road Derrimut 3026 VIC Australia.
  2. This promotion is in addition to any Promotion from 31/06/2025 and is an upgrade to concrete roof tiles. To take advantage of this offer clients must pay initial $2,000.00 deposit and complete the sales process in accordance with the standard terms provided by Mimosa Homes. All paperwork must be signed off and submitted within 30 days of deposit.
  3. This promotion is valid for Victorian residents who enter into a building contract with the Mimosa Homes to build a new M Collection single storey home in the state of Victoria within 150 days of paying the initial deposit.
  4. This promotion is for a participant to elect to upgrade to a roof made of COLORBOND® steel.
  5. This promotion is only for Standard Design Range and is available to all Mimosa Homes M Collection single storey homes. Any approved structural changes may attract additional costs.
  6. Upgrade is to a standard roof made from COLORBOND® steel. Not valid for COLORBOND® steel Matt, COLORBOND® Ultra steel or SUPADURA™ Stainless steel, where additional charges may apply.
  7. This promotion is valid until 31st July 2025 or first 100 deposits and can be withdrawn at any time by Mimosa Homes and is only applicable to Mimosa Homes M Collection Single Storey homes.
  8. This promotion is not changeable or redeemable for cash.
  9. Extra charges may apply for changes during colour selection prior to contracts being signed. The price of the roof does not include any BAL and Six Star Energy requirements, roof sarking or additional developer requirements. Colours for the roof made from COLORBOND® steel must be selected in accordance to developer guidelines.
