Summer Package
Our summer package is an evaporative cooling system with up to eight vents in different areas of the house. This is a powerful, quiet system that provides air circulation and venting as well as cooling. It is much more energy efficient than an air conditioner.
Evaporative coolers work by spraying hot air with tiny water droplets. The water evaporates because of the heat, and when water evaporates, it absorbs heat because it’s transitioning to a higher energy state. Essentials Package

The block out blinds will keep the interior protected from the sun’s harsh rays and help you minimise solar heat gain, reducing your need for mechanical cooling. The clothesline will help you save money on energy; you won’t need to use your dryer all the time. The alfresco ceiling fan will keep you cool when you’re relaxing and entertaining in your sheltered outdoor space.

Outdoor Package
The outdoor package adds attractive, long-lasting concrete paving to your driveway, footpath and alfresco area. You can choose from a range of coloured finishes or have a natural look if you prefer. The outdoor package is the perfect final touch to your new Mimosa Home that provides and unrivalled aesthetic.
Stone and Tile Package
The stone and tile package takes the kitchen, bathroom and ensuite up to the next level. It doubles the thickness of your stone bench top in the kitchen and adds stone bench tops in the bathroom and the ensuite, as well as tiled shower bases. These beautiful, high quality materials will add elegance and durability to your home.
Electrical Package
The electrical package consists of an alarm system, a hardwired door bell, two feature lights for the porch piers and three interior ceiling fans. The ceiling fans are great for cooling you down in the summer and circulating warm air throughout the house in the winter. The outdoor lighting increases security and makes your house more friendly and welcoming to guests.
